This policy explains what information Hornets Wrecker Service (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

- the service you need, where the vehicle is, and any notes you add
- whether you ticked the box asking us to text you about your request
With each form we also receive the page it was sent from, the date and time, and your browser type. We use these to know which page you contacted us from and to protect the form from abuse.
If you only browse the site and do not send a form, we do not collect your name or contact details.
How we use it
- to answer your request, give you an estimate and arrange service
- to call you back, and to text you about your request if you asked us to
- to keep records of the work we do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our customer management system, GoHighLevel, which we also use to call and text customers. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.
Text messages
We text you only if you ask us to by ticking the box on the form. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your request. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting service.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service you asked for and to keep ordinary business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us at 703 785 8403.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
